The Committee on Entrepreneurship, Regulatory and Antimonopoly Policy upholds the draft law “On Limited Liability Companies and Superadded Liability Companies”

The bill (Reg. No. 2011) aims to improve legislation that regulates relations connected with the activity of such economic entities as limited liability companies and superadded liability companies; settlement of the existing problems pertaining to establishment, management and termination of companies; problems connected with lack of efficient control over the actions of executive bodies of such companies, as well as other officials and issues that if remain unsettled create conditions for abuse of rights of promoters and members of limited liability companies and their corporate raid.
